'Meet & Greet' Sessions

We are looking forward to your child joining the CURIOSITY Early Learning Centre community in January 2020. 

In preparation for this we would ask that you attend a 'Meet & Greet' session with the Director, Mrs Jacqui Gliddon at Good Shepherd Lutheran School, Para Vista.  We understand that both parents may not be able to attend, but please ensure your child accompanies you.

At this session, your child's enrolment will be finalised, days of attendance offered, a photo taken of your child for setting up your child’s learning journey, introduction to our pay system ‘Fully Booked’ and a chance for general conversation.

Each session will go for 45 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your session to allow for our Administration staff to sight and take copies of the following documentation.  Please bring with you: Student Health, Safety and Welfare Form for 2020,  Immunisation Records of your child Asthma and Medical plan including anaphylaxis/allergy (if required for your child), Parent and child CRN numbers (Your CRN numbers can be found through your MyGov account).

Please refer to the email you received this week for a copy of the 'Student Health, Safety and Welfare' form. 

Hard copies of each form including; medication, allergy, asthma and anaphylaxis are available at the Front Office of the school. 

If require any support with filling out these forms, please do not hesitate to call the school office, as we are more than happy to assist you.
