Fees
Edgars Creek Secondary College makes every effort to keep the cost of items that need to be purchased at a minimum. We also try to keep back to school stress free for you.
Our essential education items are all inclusive, you do not need to purchase any additional books or stationery. Essential education items are those items, activities or services that are essential to support student learning of the standard curriculum. These are items that the school considers essential for all students and of which students take possession. Parents may choose to provide the items themselves or buy the items from the school where practical and appropriate.
These items may include:
• Materials that the student takes possession of, including ebooks and all stationery
• Materials for learning and teaching where the student consumes or takes possession of the finished articles (e.g. Food Technology, Visual Arts, Design Technologies)
These charges have been costed and are as outlined below
Year 7 - $628.00
Year 8 - 608.00
Year 9 - 643.00
Camps and Excursions
All camps and excursions are individualy costed and require indivdual consent, throughout the year you will be notified via Compass to provide consent and payment for these. If you wish to arrange payment plans for 2020 camps please contact the office on 9134 8200 or edgars.creek.sc@edumail.vic.gov.au.
Year 7 Lake Dewar YMCA Day Camp - $100.00 (March13th)
Year 8 YMCA Lady Northcote - $295.00 (May 13th-May15th)
Year 9 The Summit - $365.00 (August 16th-18th)
Payment options
All 2020 fees and charges are now live on Compass, you can access these through ‘Course Confirmation/Payments’. All families will be able to log onto Compass and make payment for their 2020 charges via their credit or debit card. Families wanting to set up a payment plan outside of the ‘Compass pre-set payment plan’ can complete the form sent out on Compass and bring it to the office. All families not providing payment through Compass will be asked to complete the a form in the office to keep on file. Payment of fees and charges can be made via Cash, EFTPOS, or credit card, we also offer BPay, and Centrepay options as well as custom direct debit payment plans.

Adjusted Office Hours
In order to cater for our families we have established flexible office hours over the holiday period. Please make note of the dates we will be closed during the holiday period and the adjusted hours.

- December Tuesday 3rd payment accepted 4:00pm-6:00pm (Year 7 Information Night attendees only)
