School Disco Save the Date

School Fair

The count down to our fair has begun and now it's time to start gathering community support so we can make this the most successful RPS fair ever!

If you know any individuals or businesses who are able to support our school fair, you can provide them with this letter which outlines details of sponsorship and donation options. We appreciate contributions of all sizes.

If you would like some hard copies to distribute to your friends, family or neighbours, please contact forps3084@gmail.com or visit the school office.

We are also still looking for volunteers to assist with key roles at this year's School Fair.  The fair is our biggest fundraising initiative and filling these roles is vital to it's success.  

Please contact us if you or a member of your family are able to support any of the following positions: 

ELECTRICIAN: Seeking a professional electrician who can assist with power requirements, providing planning advice and setting up the school event site on Fair day.

AUDIO VISUAL SUPPORT:  Looking for someone with basic audio visual knowledge that can help with the stage performances, microphone, speakers, etc. We will have a mixture of dance and musical talent performing on the day so we need someone to advise on the best way to run a basic stage set up. 

PERFORMERS:  If you or someone you know has an act that would be suitable to perform to our school community, we would love to hear from you.  We are open to a variety of entertainment, from music, dance, cultural performances, magic, the list goes on!
