Welcome to the Team Kelsey!

The Admin Team have welcomed Kelsey O'Neill in Term 1.  Kelsey joins our team of: Judy Ross, Sheridan Barnes, Linda Clancy, Kate O'Neill, Janine Kreymborg, Kathy Rathbone and Casey Spencer.  

Office Arrangements 2023

Welcome to our new and existing families to our College for 2023.  We are ‘raring to go’ for a great year and our Office Team can be contacted on 5851 2100 for any enquiries. 

Office hours for 2023 are:

Monday to Friday  8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Camps, Sports and Excursions

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. 

If you have a valid means-tested concession card, such as a Veterans Affairs Gold Card, Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible. There is also a special consideration category for asylum seeker and refugee families. 

Payment amounts this year are $125 for eligible primary school students and $225 for eligible secondary school students. Payments are made direct to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions and sporting activities for the benefit of your child. 

If you applied for CSEF through our school last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year, unless there has been a change in your family circumstances. 

If you would like to apply for the first time, please contact the school office on 5851 2100 and ask for an application form.  

Check with our Office Team if you are unsure, and please return completed forms as soon as possible. 

Canteen - QKR

Our College Canteens at both the Primary and Secondary Campus' will continue as usual in 2023 with our same great menu for term one.

We are also continuing to use the CBA 'QKR' App for ordering lunches at our canteens and this has been a great success with many families taking advantage of this time saving option.  Parents can order and pay for school lunches reducing the need to bring cash to school; see your receipts on the app and get them sent to you by email and on those days when you might be running late, CBA QKR ordering is a great help.   Canteen orders are also still available in the usual way. 

Specials are available each week, including ice-creams back for term one!
