Elections 2022
The results of the 2022 Board Elections were announced at the AGM held on 19th October 2022 during ISQua's 28th International Conference in Brisbane, Australia.
The Returning Officer, Bruno Lucet reported that the 2022 election was a very successful one with a high calibre of candidates. The turnout of voters this year was 42% of Individual Members and 46.1% of Institutional Members voting.
The results are:
Individual Members:
Handjaja Rono Sulistyo and Djoni Darmadjaja, Indonesia
Institutional Members:
Qualicor Europe, represented by Ellen Joan van Vliet, and
ASQUA, represented by Pa Chun Wang.
Irish Resident Directors: There is a statutory requirement, as a charitable organisation registered in Ireland, for two Irish Resident Directors to be on the Board. As no Irish residents were elected, the Returning Officer, on behalf of the Nominations Committee, recommended that Philip Crowley and John Brennan be re-appointed to the ISQua Board.
The results of the election, and the appointment of the Irish Directors, was approved by the Members.
The next election will be held in 2023. Nominations for the available seats will open in July 2023.
