Year Three/Four News

In Reading, we have been learning about analysing and critiquing. At the end of the two weeks, we understood the topic better than we did at the start. 

In Writing this week, we successfully succeeded being able to write a short story in 2 hours. We have also talked about the features in our writing and what makes it better. 

In Maths this term, we have successfully succeeded being able to read the time digitally or on an analogue clock. As well, we named different shapes and learnt about what the line of symmetry is when looking at different shapes. 

In Humanities this term, we have been learning about celebrations from around the world. We showcased our work to the whole class, completing a presentation to work on talking aloud.
