Inquiry Learning

Students have been studying life cycles of animals and plants this term. We had a great time on our zoo excursion! Students have worked collaboratively to produce a short movie explaining the life cycle of a particular plant. They used a green screen and imported images and footage into an application. Once edited, they exported the movie and presented it to the middle school. The final product was impressive!

KK and Class Party

Class parties will be held next Wednesday (17 December). Students are asked to contribute to the party. In order to cater to a variety of tastes, the following is a suggestion, not an obligation!

Green House          – Fruit for a fruit platter e.g. a punnet of                        

                                      strawberries, watermelon, oranges

Yellow House         – Vegetable sticks, cheese, crackers, dip

Blue House             – Savoury items e.g. chips, sushi, shapes

Red House              – Sweet snacks e.g. biscuits, cake, muffins

If you haven't yet sent your Kris Kringle gift, please do so ASAP.
