On top of many ongoing activities occurring for our students we have also ensured our high-quality learning and wellbeing programs remain in every classroom and year level. Our student data continues to improve, and we have been thrilled with our Naplan results and comparisons to network and state. Our Attitudes to School feedback from our students have also been very heartening and we are glad to see the impact of our programs being highlighted by our students. The inclusion of our Compass Values posts has also instilled a sense of positivity throughout the school and is a fantastic way to connect with parents and carers. Of course, we all love to get a positive email or message.

Around the grounds our facilities are looking terrific. The grass is starting to grow in place of removed buildings, and we look forward to opening these spaces in 2026. New fencing in this area has been organised to ensure students are able to play in safe and observable spaces. We continue to have contractors checking our facilities and equipment to make sure all our resources are working to capacity. Over the break all our air conditioners will be serviced in preparation for term 4. We have also had our gutters and roofing checked and will continue with our painting schedule. Many of these tasks occur in the school holidays so that students are not impacted.

I hope you all enjoy a fabulous two weeks together. This might be a great time to check if your children have grown out of their summer dresses or shorts, as this might give you the chance to top up on these items. We look forward to having you all back safe and well in term 4 feeling refreshed, enthusiastic and inspired.

Take care and be safe
