Timetable Updates
The 2025 PLT and Active Supervision timetables have been updated for term 4. Access them via the links below.

2025 Sub-Program Budget Closure
To support end-of-year processing and the 2026 cash budget:
- 2025 Purchase Orders Close: Friday, October 10, 2025 (no approvals will be accepted after this date).
- Ensure all orders for excursions, camps, EOY celebrations/events, service providers and curriculum needs are raised before the closure date.
Final purchasing deadline for 2025: Wednesday 3 December 2025 (Week 9). Orders should be placed via Karen or, where possible, using a virtual purchasing card.

2026 Cash Budget Submissions
Staff are invited to submit sub-program budget requests for the 2026 cash budget:
- Revenue is expected to remain similar to 2025.
- Submit via this form: Budget Submission Form.
Due: Friday 17 October 2024, 4:00 pm
Submissions will be reviewed at the November School Council Finance meeting. For help, contact Matt.
Staff Personal Details (eduPay)
All staff must ensure their personal and emergency details are correct in eduPay.
- Check your details via the Xuno Staff Dashboard.
- Update changes directly in eduPay. QRG is available to assist.
- Ensure VIT/WWCC Details in eduPay are current

Staff Absences & Leave
Absences:
- Complete the Staff Absence Form and call (03) 9366 4322, Option 2 by 7:00 a.m. on the day of absence.
- Enter leave in eduPay within 5 business days upon returning from leave and provide certificates/stat decs via upload on eduPay or provide them to Kristina.
Personal Leave Required Documentation:
- Staff members who choose Sick Pay with a Certificate on eduPay or have exhausted their sick leave without a certificate (regardless of whether it is paid or unpaid) must provide a medical certificate (from a registered practitioner) or a statutory declaration if it is not reasonably practicable to obtain a medical certificate.
- Attendance certificates from healthcare providers are not valid.
Carer’s Leave: The certificate must state that the person requires care by another due to illness or an emergency.
Long Service Leave / Leave Without Pay:
- New online form created to streamline requests for LSL/LWOP
- Submit via this form: Long Service/Leave Without Pay Leave Request Form (no earlier than 2 terms before leave).
- Anthony will either approve or deny the request via an automated process. Requests will be assessed individually in accordance with our school's operational requirements. Staff will receive notification of the outcome via email
- If the LSL/LWOP request is approved, log the LSL/LWOP on eduPay as soon as possible.
Gifts & Benefits
As the festive season approaches:
- Declare all gifts, benefits, or hospitality valued at $50+ in the department's online registry (within 5 days), regardless of acceptance.
- Student/parent gifts over $100 must also be declared.
- Staff cannot use personal loyalty rewards programs (e.g. FlyBuys, Everyday Rewards) for school purchases.
