From the Year 2 Craftpower Incursion

Last week, the Year 2’s participated in an awesome incursion where they got to make their own mini billycart. While hammering in the nails proved to be quite challenging for most of us, we all managed to end up with a working, fully constructed billycart. This incursion was aligned with our G&D curriculum focusing on forces.

From the Grade 1 Excursion to Edendale

The Grade One's had a great day at Edendale Farm. Some highlights were patting the animals, holding wriggly worms and bringing home their own plant... and how could we forget the playground! A fun day was had by all.

Students in year 5 conducted an experiment to find out what would happen to a shadow based on how far or close it is positioned from a wall. This was part of their exploration on Light during Global and Digital sessions.
