I will try and do a video of Dominic doing a finger prick when possible so you are aware of what is involved.

Alexandra Duncan 2C

Just so you are aware Alexandra has an overactive bladder and has previously had many accidents during the school day which has been upsetting for her. She currently is under the care of the RCH and on medication for this and since commencing has seen an improvement.

If you are ever covering for 2C please ensure that she is allowed access to the toilet whenever she requires and allowed to go immediately. She uses a card system under her seat to alert you that she either needs to go or has already had a slight accident. She has spare clothes in her bag as well as in my office in the SC first aid.

Thank you Jackie.J

Liam Mc Elwaine (3C) and Floyd Connor (3A)

Please make sure that you keep an eye on Liam (3C) whilst on your yard duty.

He is not always able to self regulate and can be physical.

There have been frequent negative interactions between Floyd Connor (3A) and Liam. There have now been several incidents where Floyd's mother is expressing her displeasure to Liam's family directly. We therefore also need to be aware of Liam's mental health as this has been extremely confronting.

For the next week, Liam and Floyd have separate play spaces.

From next week and until the improvement: check ins after every play

Explicit teaching in class of how to play and what are the skills that a good sportsperson demonstrates

Please chronicle and inform Tim, Emilie, Nancy, Kim and Janet of any incidents as soon as possible.
