A Message from the Assistant Principal

Mr Steven Belcastro

Prayer to Begin a New Term

Lord, as we begin our new term, make us ready, attentive and available to hear you.

Thank You for the gift of being able to rise each day with the assurance that You walk through it with us.

Thank You for the gifts of creativity and uniqueness, and the energy to put them to good use.

May the work we do and the way we do it, bring new hope, new life, and courage to all we come in contact with this term.

We thank you, Lord.

Amen

Dear Parents,

It was wonderful to welcome everyone back for the start of Term 4. I can tell from the children that they enjoyed the break and the opportunity to spend time with their families.

For some families this is the last term of their child’s first year at school and for others their final term at St. Martha’s as they prepare for the high school transition.

Term 4 is always a busy term. As Advent and Christmas fast approaches we all get busier and time quickly passes by. In the ensuing chaos try to find the time to reflect on the year that has been and enjoy the final weeks of the 2023 school year.

At the end of last term, our Yr 3-6 students showcased some of their learnings from the Amadeus program. Congratulations to all of the students who continue to grow in confidence and musical talent!

As always our school is a busy place with so many wonderful learning activities for the children to enjoy. Please read the 'Dates to Remember' page and the Curriculum notes below to see some of the events and learning opportunities that our students will be engaged in this term.

Thank you again for your continued support.
