Oakville Farm Excursion
Support Unit
The Support Unit students and staff visited Oakville Farm on Tuesday to support learning in the Science and Technology unit 'Paddock to Plate'. Students participated in harvesting produce and then visiting the onsite shop to locate the produce and identify the vegetables they harvested. They also enjoyed a scavenger hunt and presented the owner Farmer Jordan and his family with a thank you gift certificate from Bunnings. Also many thanks to Mr Keith for volunteering to drive the mini bus he loaned to the school for the occassion. We could not have done it without him.
