Year 7 Immunisations

Year 7 students will be receiving their HPV vaccination next Friday 10 November. The vaccination program has two vaccinations, the first being dTpa which was administered on Thursday 27 April.

Parent consent to participate in the vaccination program was given at the beginning of the year. If you have previously provided consent or have received the second vaccination privately, please contact Student Admin (studentadmin@marash.qld.edu.au).

Grooming – Haircuts and Shaving

As we are reaching the end of the school year, students must ensure that haircuts comply (please refer to Page 21 of the student diary). The current style of haircut being shaved in and around the ears does not meet College standards. Students must also come to school each day clean-shaven.

Years 7 and 8 Dance – Loreto College

For students attending the Loreto College Dance this Friday, please see the message below:

This is a friendly reminder that tickets are non-transferable or refundable.

All students must bring their ticket and student ID. Names will be marked off on arrival. Without the correct ticket and ID, entry will be refused and families contacted.

Parents of any students who have not checked in on the night will be contacted to confirm their whereabouts, therefore, if your circumstances have changed and you will no longer be attending, please advise via community@loreto.qld.edu.au.

Students will be required to cloak ALL bags and mobile phones, therefore it is highly recommended that personal items be left at home.
