Year 6 Movie Premiere
At the end of last term, our Year 6 students premiered their short films to other students and their families. The students made the films as part of the inquiry unit ‘I am Creative’.
Many, many days and weeks were spent planning, preparing, making and editing the films. Well done to all the students for their enthusiasm and commitment to telling their stories through visual media. A variety of film genres and storylines were presented with a focus on using camera angles, sound effects and effective scripts to express the ideas.
We certainly have some students with a possible future in movie making!
