Principal's Report
Dear Families,
HEATHER CARER'S LEAVE
Heather's husband Peter has now returned home following his operation, which is great news. His recovery time is expected to be six weeks. Heather will return in Term 3.
BREAKFAST CLUB
We had a very busy Breakfast Club this morning! It was lovely to have so many customers. Thank you to Catherine Whitford and Ash Monks who came in to help. We appreciate your help on such a busy morning!
DENTAL VAN
Consent forms were sent home for this during the week. The van will be visiting 4th-8th August.
TREE AUDIT
Today we had contractors from McLeod visit the school to inspect all of our trees. This is funded through the Victorian School Board Authoruty.
LONG SERVICE LEAVE
Carly Tuhan will be away for the last two weeks of term. She will be touring Europe, which will be wonderful I'm sure. We wish her a fantastic time! Robyn Lipshut will replace her next week and Maria Serra, the following week.
I will also be on Long Service leave next week. We are heading to the much needed heat of Darwin. I will return Monday 30th June. Mason Argus will be the point of contact while I am away.
REPORTS AND ASSESSMENT
Staff are currently focused on reflecting on student progress and preparing semester reports. These will be available via XUNO on the last Wednesday.
JSC PYJAMA & MOVIE DAY – MONDAY 30th JUNE
Junior School Council is hosting a fun day where students are invited to wear their pyjamas, enjoy a movie in the afternoon, and be treated to Milo and popcorn!
- Cost: $2.50 (payable via Qkr!)
- All funds raised will go towards new sports equipment
P&F PIE DRIVE
Our Parents & Friends Committee is holding a Pie Drive in partnership with North End Bakehouse—perfect timing to stock your freezer for winter!
- Order forms are available from the Office and can also be shared with friends and family.
- Orders can be placed via Qkr!
- Direct Debit is also available.
BALLET
Congratulations to Emelia on receiving a medal and certificate at her recent Ballet exam.
