Calling All Helping Hands!

Thanks to a generous donation, we have been able to purchase class sets for our Term 3 & 4 Novel Studies. However, I now have a large stack of books in the office that need to be covered. If there are any helpful "contacting angels" out there, please get in touch! I’ll happily share a bag of books and some contact materials with you.

Thank you for your ongoing support!

Sacred Heart Pen Pals

It was very exciting to share some fabulous letters with our students from our special friends at The Sacred Heart Community. If your child/children would like to be a part of this group, please support them to address a letter 'Dear Pen Pal, and they can write about any of their interests, family, holidays, favourite things to do at school etc..

I will be ready to collect any new letters at the beginning of Term 3. If you have a letter to share, please pass it on to Jac or leave it on my desk.

Enjoy reading the letters below,

SKiPPS & Readings

A reminder to all that if you are purchasing any new books, please support our local Readings store. If you mention that you are a part of the St Kilda Park Primary School Community, they will put a % of your spend aside for our school to use.

Last year, we were able to send a class to Readings for an outing where they all selected a new book for their classroom library. The money from your purchases really helped make that an affordable way to put new books in the classrooms, books that the students selected and really want to read. It would be amazing to be able to send another class this year.
