Building a diverse collection in the library

The Ironside library seeks to build a diverse and inclusive collection that reflects the many voices, cultures, and experiences of our community and beyond.

Our most recent book order has expanded our range of First Nations Australian texts, highlighting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and perspectives. These resources support respectful learning and celebrate the richness of the world’s oldest continuous cultures.
