Report Cards

Term 1 report cards for Years 7 to 10 will be emailed to families by Friday, April 4.

Report cards for Years 11 and 12 will be distributed in Week 1 of Term 2.

Parent Teacher Interviews

Parent-Teacher interviews will occur on Tuesday 29 April. Bookings will be available via Compass.

As we have transitioned from Daymap to Compass, it is essential that all parents download the Compass app to secure their appointments and stay informed.

Compass log in emails have been re-sent to parents this past week, please check your inbox and your spam mail to review these emails.

To avoid missing out on the Parent Teacher interviews, we encourage all families to download the Compass app as soon as possible to ensure they are ready for the upcoming interviews.

School Photos Have Arrived!

School photos have now been distributed to students. Any students who have not received their photo this week can collect it from Student Services.

Have You Downloaded the Compass App?

Our school has now fully transitioned to COMPASS as our attendance and parent communication portal.

Please download the COMPASS app. You are able to locate the COMPAS app as either an app through the Play Store and locate Balmoral SHS to sign up. An email from Compass has been sent directly to families with a username and password. This will provide your access to Compass.

We ask families to advise the school of student absences through any of the following three options.

Student Laptops

Balmoral SHS is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) school. All students are expected to have a fully charged laptop at school every day for use in their class lessons and learning activities.

We understand that some families may experience difficulty with purchasing a device for their students. Balmoral SHS is able to offer a temporary laptop hire levy scheme to support families.
