The Pope’s Passing

As you will be aware the leader of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis passed away during the holidays. Please keep the Cardinals in your prayers as they begin the process of electing a new Pope.

Holy Spirit, enlighten the Church at this time, especially all the cardinals you call to take part in the conclave. Grant them wisdom and holiness so that all may cooperate with your inspiration and guidance to elect the next Vicar of Christ, your chosen servant. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Family Mass

Thank you to the families who attended our second family mass last Sunday. The students read beautifully and performed their various roles reverently. I encourage families to attend our next Family Mass on the first Sunday of the month of June.

New Bishop of the Armidale Diocese

This Thursday 8th May I will have the pleasure of attending the ordination of Father Peter Murphy in the Cathedral in Armidale. We are fortunate that the new Bishop will be in Quirindi very soon to confer the Sacrament of Confirmation on Sunday 25th May.
