School Vegie Patch

Thanks to the generous support of Bunnings, Delacombe, the school vegetable patch has been restocked with a great range of winter vegetable seedlings, along with fresh mulch and compost. Once harvested, these vegies will be used in the School Canteen and the Food Technology kitchen. 

Easter Raffle Results

At the end of Term 1, our SRC team held their annual Easter Raffle to help raise funds for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal. Our lucky winners were:

1st Place - Andrea Smith 

2nd Place - Amelia Welsh

3rd Place - Jacq Moore

ANZAC Assembly

On Monday we held our annual ANZAC Assembly, at which staff and students had the opportunity to pay their respects to our past and present service men and women, and to remember those who lost their lives in defence of our country.

Our School Leaders did a fantastic job hosting the assembly. Each of our leaders shared a snapshot of the impact the war had on those involved, reminding us to be forever grateful for the place we call our home and the freedoms afforded to us by those who fought. 

They shall not grow old,

as we that are left grow old;

Age shall not weary them,

or the years condemn;

At the going down of the sun,

and in the morning,

we will remember them.
