Upcoming Year 8 Year Day 

Week 2 of Term 2, Wednesday May 7th,Year 8 will be walking down to Pioneer Hall for a day of fun events. 

The day will consist of 3 parts. 

The first activity will be creating items using raw materials such as Spaghetti and Marshmallows to construct bridges and towers.

Followed by a Treasure Hunt for Dragons and Dinosaurs and lastly they will be trying to solve a Murder Mystery. 

Some surprise treats are planned for the day. Bring some money, if you want something extra!

Students wear enclosed shoes, but they don’t have to wear their uniform. A jumper is recommended. Bring your own morning tea and their water bottle. Lunch is provided. 

We will be leaving from school after assembly, students will walk down with staff and return to school before 3pm to unlock their phones and catch their bus home. I recommend not bringing their phones for the day unless necessary.
