What an incredible year 2024 has been for the Moama Anglican Grammar P&F Association! It was a very busy and successful year filled with school community spirit and outstanding support from our amazing volunteers.
Community Engagement and Events
Our P&F Association has been at the heart of many memorable events this year, making a real impact on our school community. Some of the key highlights include:
- Swimming Carnival BBQ –with sausages sizzling and donuts delighting the crowd.
- Shrove Tuesday Pancakes –The morning was spent flipping pancakes for our primary students, embracing tradition and fun.
- ANZAC Day Wreaths – Our team crafted nine beautiful wreaths to honour the ANZACs at this important national commemoration.
- Mother’s Day Celebrations – From a warm breakfast for mums to a well stocked gift stall.
- Father’s Day Breakfast & Stall – Bacon and egg rolls brought everyone together, followed by another successful stall to spoil the dads.
- Christmas Hamper Packing & Carols BBQ – We packed over 45 festive hampers and rounded off the year with a BBQ during Carols Night.
- Staff Lunches – Special lunches were prepared throughout the year to show our appreciation for the hardworking school staff.
- Year 10 Road Smarts Program – We proudly sponsored this life-saving initiative, providing food for 65 participants each day and committing to support it for two more years. Thanks to our wonderful members who secured local sponsorship and arranged the bright pink polos for participants!
None of this would have been possible without our incredible committee members and volunteers. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm have been truly appreciated.
To every parent, friend, and supporter who helped – whether behind the scenes or front and centre – THANK YOU! Your contribution helped make 2024 a successful year
Parents and Friends meetings are held on the third Friday of each month (subject to change). Everyone is welcome to attend.
