St Patrick’s College Careers Expo - 31 March 2025

St Patrick’s College is pleased to host the annual Careers Expo on Monday 31 March, welcoming all Year 10, 11 and 12 students.

The Careers Expo is an opportunity for students to explore a wide range of future pathways. Whether a student already has a clear career goal or is still discovering their options, the evening aims to broaden their awareness and deepen their understanding of what’s possible after school. It may affirm an existing interest or spark a new one they hadn’t previously considered.

We encourage students to ask questions, engage in meaningful conversations with exhibitors, and approach the evening with curiosity and confidence. There is no single ‘right’ career—only the right path for each individual.

Limited parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Scientia car park, accessible via Edgar Street. The car park will be open from 6:15 PM to 9:15 PM. Please ensure that all vehicles are removed by 9:15 PM to avoid being locked in.

Upon arrival, students are required to report to the following locations and sign an attendance sheet:

  • Year 10 – Hall

  • Year 11 – Robson Auditorium

  • Year 12 – Gym

Students must sign an attendance sheet in their designated area before exploring other parts of the Expo.

A reminder that the evening will be split into two sessions:

  • Session 1: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (for students in Berg, Coghlan, and Crichton)

  • Session 2: 7:45 PM – 8:45 PM (for students in Hanrahan, Hickey, and Rice)

All students are expected to attend in full school uniform. Mobile phones are permitted to allow students to scan QR codes provided by exhibitors for newsletter subscriptions and course information.

This year’s Careers Expo will feature 35 organisations offering valuable insights, resources, and advice on various study and career pathways. You can access the Careers Expo pamphlet via the link at the end. We strongly encourage students to browse all stalls with curiosity and an open mind.
