Holy Week
We have now entered Holy Week, one of the most important times in the Church calendar. A time when we are able to follow the final steps of Jesus’ earthly life and an opportunity to pause in prayer, reflection and gratitude for the lives we have as a result of the sacrifices made by Jesus.
We have marked this week at school with our Lenten Liturgies. The theme of our liturgies this year was the washing of the feet. A wonderful reminder of the servant leadership shown by Jesus and a reminder that in life, we are all seen as equal. Whether it be in the classroom, on the sporting field, or in our families, showing love and compassion for all and remaining humble ensure that we are living out our best Christian lives.
The Parish is running Stations of the Cross in the Concourse at 10:30 am on Good Friday, you are all welcome to participate in this solemn journey.
Please check your local Churches for their easter liturgies which will all take place over this coming weekend.
Lenten Appeal
Thank you all for the wonderful contributions made during our Lenten Appeal. We are still finalising the donations made and will be able to give you a final total raised early next term.
For those who may like to make a final contribution, please do so at our web page. Direct donations can be made via the TryBooking link:

Red Dirt Immersion
We have made the difficult decision to postpone the Red Dirt Immersion for 2026 due to the increasing price and availability of Diesel at the current time.
If we are able to plan an alternate activity, we will advise families in due course.
Year 11 Formation Day
Year 11 had the opportunity to hear from Tony Hoang who shared his inspirational story which linked to the theme of our day 'The masks we wear.' His story was powerful, honest and demonstrated a transformation of heart. He explained the importance of hope and always knowing that there is a way out of difficult situations if you are open to listening to the call from God.
We then designed and painted masks which were a visual display of both our outer personalities and inner selves. The day concluded with a liturgy challenging all to be their best authentic self.
Formation Days are a wonderful opportunity to step away from the school day and take time out with friends to reflect, play and pray.
