PING PONG A THON

Tomorrow is the day! Our Annual BHCS Ping Pong a Thon

 

This event has become an important date in the life of our school community and reflects our ethos that inspires us to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly (Micah 6:8).

 

The aim of the day is to raise awareness and much needed funds to promote human freedom, whilst having some fun and building community in the process. 

 

Here is the run down:

 

  • Hamper Donations & Sales: Thank you to everyone who contributed an item to our themed hampers!  They are now on display in the DC and for sale with all bids via via this link; https://airauctioneer.com/2026-ping-pong-a-thon-auction

     

  • Donate: We welcome families to share the fundraising link to any family/friends. https://pingpongathon.com/bhcs2026 

     

  • Purchase a Pong T-shirt: Students can now purchase a Ping Pong a Thon t-shirt from the office - and wear the entire of Week 4! 

     

  • Stalls: students can purchase items from the student run gift stalls being held at lunchtime & after school.  Cash & card (no phone) payments accepted.

     

  • Dress up in 80's theme: all students are encouraged to dress up in their Pong t-shirts / 80s them on the day for a $2 donation.  Monies will be collected in Devotions by Homegroup teachers.  Sports uniform can be worn if not dressing up.

     

  • Kinder & Primary Sausage Sizzle: pre-orders have been completed - don't forget to bring your money on the day.  Should you want to order on the day, cash ($2.50/sausage) will be accepted.  

     

  • Secondary Students: can buy sausages and drinks from outside M rooms and SLC on they day without pre-ordering.  They can also visit the VCE VM stalls outside M rooms for cookies, cake pops, toasties and icy poles.  Cash and card (no phone) payments accepted.

     

  • After School Pong Activities Continue!  Run by our Parent Group Pulse, from 3.30pm - families are encouraged to join together in the gym for for games, a bake sale, fairy floss, face painting and an afternoon of fun! 

     

    No need to pre-register - we would love to see everyone there!  Cash and card payments accepted.

     

    Please note: students need to be accompanied by a parent / carer

     

 

Additional Hamper Information:

 

We are so thankful to our Pulse group who are donating additional auction items this year . Items include Puffing Billy passes, massage vouchers, eucalyptus mulch voucher, pilates vouchers, children's products and more.

 

Additionally our Year 12 VCE VM students have been busy making six 'Cornhole' game sets to be part of the auction (see examples below).
