Foundation - Year 2 Students
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are excited to once again welcome Miners Rest Primary School families to SSA for their school swimming program in term 4 2023.
At the Swim and Survival Academy our aim is to give children the skills and experience necessary to survive in any aquatic environment. In keeping with this philosophy our ‘Learn to Swim Program’ aims to supply quality swimming tuition for school students at an affordable price.
Your child’s school swimming program will run over 10 weeks the dates of Thursday 5th of October until the 7th of December.
We are in the final stages of preparing for your child’s arrival and are also excited to share with you our parent Portal.
Every child that participates in the school swimming program with Miners Rest Primary School will be required to have a profile created (if you don’t already have one from previous years). Once you have access to our parent portal you will be able to track your child’s progression throughout their time with us.
To log in/create an account from a computer
Simply click on the following link:

From the dashboard:
- Click on My Account and you will see all of your children’s individual profiles.
- In each of the children’s profiles, click Student Details and double check all of the details (if there is anything that is incorrect, please update it here).
- Allergies/ Special Medical conditions – If your children have any medical information that you feel our teachers need to know about to ensure they are safe and well looked after in their classes, this is the place to let us know.
- Save - Please make sure you press "SAVE" if you make changes.
- Scroll down the page of My Account until you see “Account Information”
- Check that all Guardian Information is up to date.
- Please insure we have your correct Phone number, Address and Email on file
To log in/create an account from a mobile phone
Simply go to the app store and download “The iClassPro App”
Follow the prompts as we need you to reset your password. Once you are in the portal:
- Select "Log In"
- Enter company code as “swimandsurvivalacademy”
- Enter your email address
- Then select "Forgot Password"
You will then be sent a separate email which will have a "Verification Token". Once you receive this token, enter this into your parent portal and create your new password.

We ask that you check over both yours and your child’s details are up to date, such as phone number, email and any medical conditions. There is no need to enrol your child into a class, our lovely team will be working away to allocate children into classes before the program begins.
