Last Day of Term 3 Events

We have two exciting events coming up on Friday 15th of September, Walk to School Day and Footy Colours Day. 

Teachers will be stationed at starting points around Miners Rest, and will walk with students to our central meeting point near the school crossing (between the crossing and the cenotaph).  A map will also be sent home in hard copy in the coming weeks. 

From there all students and staff will walk together to school. We will also be celebrating Footy Colours Day on this day, and students are encouraged to wear footy jumpers or the colours of their favourite team. 

 Please bring a gold coin donation to contribute to JSC fundraising.

Please note: In the case of inclement weather The Walk to School Day will be cancelled and the school community will be notified via Sentral. 

Yearbook Front/Back Cover Competition

All completed entries must be handed in to classroom teachers by 12th of September.
