What to do when I make a mistake?

Mistakes are proof that you are trying something new.  Never be afraid of making a mistake.  It is how we dust ourselves off and move forward that helps create meaningful pathways in our brains to try again.  Our behaviour matrix encourages us to be more RESILIENT in the face of challenges. 

In our matrix we are encouraged to:

  • Adapt when things don’t go our way,
  • Bounce back from disappointments and 
  • Take risks in our learning and challenge ourselves.

How have you shown RESILIENCE this week at school? Home? Sport? Be proud of your mistakes.  In life we never lose.  We win or we learn something new.  Be brave and forge those pathways for yourselves every day!!
