Mr P’s Secondary PE Student of the Fortnight is: Hannah Coughlin. Hannah has shown a willingness to participate and keep trying during PE this term. These are two expected behaviours that are key focus areas, particularly in practical classes. Well done on your efforts Hannah. Keep it up.

Miss M’s Primary PE Student of the Fortnight is: Stella Polkinghorne. Stella has been an excellent role model in class. She is always challenging herself to improve, volunteers to assist with set up and tidy up and is a real team player. Welldone, Stella!

Year 7 Track and Field Athlete Research Poster

To finish our practical athletics unit, Year 7 students had to research a famous athlete that has competed in a track and field event such as sprinting, shotput or long jump. Students worked productively to finish this task during class time and on Friday, started submitting their final pieces of work. A reminded to any Year 7 student who has not submitted this yet to do so this week. Great work. Below is a submission from Year 7 student Violet Stephenson.
