Cultural Connections at Inverell High

This week Stars Foundation and the Clontarf Foundation proudly hosted students from Ashford Central School for a day of engagement and cultural activities.

Ashford Principal Mr Wrobel joined 12 of his students for a fun start with ice-breaker games before the group split into men’s and women’s sessions to share and learn about Men’s and Women’s Business.

The girls spent time getting to know one another in preparation for learning Cultural Dances during Term 4, while the boys, under the guidance of Year 10 student Michael B, began fine-tuning their didgeridoo skills. 

It was a wonderful day celebrating culture, connection, and community.
