Dear All,

I trust you have had a good week.

It’s hard to believe we have already reached the end of Week 5 and that we only have three weeks of school left!

In next week’s newsletter, I will be sharing information regarding next year, including finalised staffing. Thank you for your patience in this as we work out the final compositions. In the coming weeks I will also be providing an update on the school’s building program, along with some operational changes we will be implementing for 2026.

Kindy Graduation

Our Kindergarten Graduation, an absolute institution of HPCS, will take place next Friday 21 November. We look forward to celebrating our wonderful Kindy students for their first year of school!

Christmas Markets

After such a wonderful turnout at our Easter Market, we’re excited to do it all again for Christmas! On Saturday 22 November, you can look forward to delicious food stalls, fun activities for the whole family, and - most exciting of all - free Christmas photos.

Make sure to check out the Events section for all the details. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Year 6 Fun Day

On Tuesday 25 November, our Year 6 students will be hosting their annual Fun Day, which this year will have a beach theme. They’ll be leading the school in a range of activities and raising a little money along the way. It’s sure to be an exciting and energetic day!

Please note, this is not a water day, but it will be a mufti day - light, comfortable clothing is encouraged. Miss Thomas will send out the permission note next week.

Christmas Chapel

On Friday, 28 November, we will hold our annual Christmas Chapel - always a special highlight of the school year. Our K–2 students have been practising some lovely performances to share on the day. All families are welcome to attend. Students may wear Christmas mufti.

Presentation Day

Presentation Day will be held on Thursday 4 December, from 9:00–11:00am. We would love for you to join us as we celebrate the achievements of our students.

Families will be notified late next week if their child is receiving an award on the day. All other students will receive a Certificate of Completion to acknowledge their efforts and the end of the school year.

Year 6 Graduation

We invite all Year 6 families to a special Graduation Chapel on Friday, 5 December, celebrating the achievements of our Year 6 students. Morning tea will follow for Year 6 and their families.
