House Culture

House Report Term 2

This term, House team embraced the value of curiosity through a range of engaging House activities. In Week 3, students enthusiastically participated in the Dodgeball Tournament, displaying great teamwork, sportsmanship, and House spirit.

We also hosted our inaugural Easel and Espresso art competition, where talented student artists created live portraits of our Principal, Danijel. The event showcased the incredible creativity within our school community. A special thank you to Kim for helping develop the exciting event name and for her support in organising and running the competition.

We are proud to announce Miles Paterson as the winner of the competition. Their portrait will be featured in the school yearbook, and they will receive multiple café vouchers as a prize. Congratulations also to all participating students for their outstanding efforts. The artwork from this event will be displayed during the upcoming Art Exhibition for the school community to enjoy.

There are plenty of exciting House events and whole-school activities planned for Term 3 and beyond. Stay tuned for more opportunities to get involved, earn House points, and make the most of life at HSSC!
