Term 2 was another successful season of interschool sport for Homestead Senior Secondary College, with students proudly representing the school in netball, soccer, futsal, badminton, and cross country.
Our greatest success came in badminton, where both the boys' and girls' teams at Year 10 and Senior level won their competitions. These teams have now qualified for the Regional Championships in Term 3.

The Year 10 girls netball team also had an outstanding tournament, finishing runners-up to Williamstown High in a competition featuring eight schools.
Our cross country squad impressed, with 10 runners across three age groups qualifying for the next stage of competition.
A special congratulations to Chucky M, who won gold in the 17–20 Multi Class competition at regionals.
Congratulations to all students who represented the college with pride and sportsmanship. We wish our regional qualifiers all the best in Term 3.
