Mental Health Month - “Together We Thrive”
Mental Health Month is held in October each year, with World Mental Health Day taking place on 10th October. The 2026 theme is “Together We Thrive”. It recognises that while life can often feel overwhelming, connection remains one of the most powerful ways to support our mental health and wellbeing. It is important to raise awareness of Mental Health and reduce stigma.
In Australia, around 1 in 2 people will struggle with their mental health during their lifetime. There is always support available, regardless of where you’re at in your mental health journey. If you are feeling unsettled or things don’t feel quite right, reaching out early makes a big difference. It is important to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage people to seek support when they need it. We encourage everyone to start conversations, share your stories and strengthen the connections that help us thrive. Learning more about Mental Health can help you understand what you’re feeling and look after your wellbeing. It can also help you support the people close to you.
When we come together with connection and kindness, we can help each other to truly thrive. If you need support, reach out, contact your mini school or present at intake.
