Dear Parents,

Now that Term 3 is here, practise for the school musical this year is in full swing!

This year our musical is called

“A Hint of Snow White” 

and follows the adventures of Snow White, the castle cook, Jean, and their woodland friends as they try to escape the wrath of the evil queen Malodorous and her cronies.

The children are working hard on learning their grade items, and the Stage 3 students are already demonstrating their acting prowess!

In the coming fortnight students will receive their costume notes for your perusal. Students have been encouraged when they get their note to look in their closets or go OP shopping to put together their costume!

There are many exciting things happening this term in preparation for the show, including recording singing items, workshopping dances, and large-scale rehearsals where students get to collaborate with our Stage 3 actors!

“A Hint of Snow White” will take place on Wednesday the 18th of September at 6.30pm in the evening at St Vincent's Ashfield. Keep an eye out for ticket sales starting soon!
