Leadership Communication
Dear Families,
As we mark the milestone of 100 days of school, we take a moment to celebrate not just the academic progress our students have made but also the personal growth they've experienced. These first 100 days are crucial for settling into the school routine, building stamina, making new friends, and exploring new activities.
Do you remember when the first year of school was called "Prep"? Now, we refer to it as "Foundation." This isn't just a simple word swap but a reflection of the importance we place on establishing a strong foundation for learning. During this pivotal year, children develop essential skills, including social interaction, language, and, in our Catholic school context, an understanding of what it means to be created in the image of God. These early experiences shape not only their educational journey but also their spiritual and moral growth.
To celebrate this special occasion, our Foundation students dressed up as the careers they aspire to pursue. It's a joy to see them envision their futures with such enthusiasm and imagination. Looking at their hopeful faces, we can't help but wonder: What will they become? What paths will they choose?
These reflections remind us of the incredible potential each child holds and the unique gifts they bring to our school community. We are grateful for the opportunity to support them as they embark on this exciting journey of discovery and growth.
Thank you for being part of our school family and for supporting our shared mission of nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and spiritually.
Have a lovely week,

School Photos
The students were well dressed and presented for their photos on Wednesday.
The team of photographers moved smoothly through the classes and sibling groups. Monday will be the catch up day for any children or sibling groups that were not able to be done last Wednesday due to illness.
Thanks to those parents who have contacted me to let me know that the absence of a standing class photo is a concern. While the composite photo as part of the package assisted in reducing cost it appears that it was a preferred option for some.
I will be in contact with the photography company to ascertain what our options are.
For those with children in Year 6 their graduation photographs will happen in October.
