Anxiety and Resilience - Dr Maria Roberto

On Wednesday 28 August we are extremely grateful to have psychologist Dr Maria Ruberto present a high quality session to our parent community, along with St James families, in the St James Community Centre at 7pm. At this session Maria will be sharing information about emotional responses and ways parents can manage their own and their child’s response in situations that help develop your child’s resilience. Maria will explore reasons why resilience is critical for their development in the near and long term future. 

It is recommended that families bring a notepad and pen along to record and draw some information from the evening. Unfortunately the slidedeck will not be shared, but parents are welcome to take photos of the slides.
