Biz - E - Kidz Pupil Free Day Karaoke Party
Friday August 23rd 2024
Biz - E - Kidz is excited to announce our Pupil Free Day Karaoke Party on Friday August 23rd 2024. We will celebrate the pupil free day with party games and activities and will have our very own karaoke machine for the day. The Pupil free day will be held at the Errol Street Campus.
Bookings open next Monday 29th July
Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral Errol Street Campus account. If you do not have a Errol street campus Biz - e - Kidz account, you will need to create one. You will not be able to make bookings before 7:15 am Monday 29th July, A compass reminder will be sent when bookings open. Bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings Close - Friday 2nd August
Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability. Families are encouraged to make bookings before this date to assist Biz - E - Kidz to plan and adequately staff the program.
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning 5th of August
Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families via Smartcentral
Last day to cancel - Friday 16th August
Any cancellations can be made without incurring any fees until 6pm Friday 16th August. Any cancellations or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child administration fee.
Pupil Free Day Fee Schedule
Pupil Free Day (Incursion) $80 per child (before Child Care Subsidy, Child Care Subsidy applies.)
Pupil Free Day cancellation / non-attendance fee: Applies to any non-attendance or cancellations after Friday 16th August 6:00pm
Late pick up fee: The usual late pick up fee of $1.00 per child per minute after 6:00pm applies.
Child care subsidy end of financial year cut off
The Child Care Subsidy System will close the 2023–24 financial year from 5 August 2024. After which, we will not be able to make any changes to attendances for the 2023–24 financial year. Please check your statements carefully and get in touch by emailingoshc.north.melbourne.ps@education.vic.gov.au ASAP if you have any questions.

Winter Holiday Program
Thank you to everyone for another wonderful holiday program. Although the weather was not great, we offset it with lots of wonderful visitors to the program and a visit by the the seniors to the Australian centre for the Moving Image, where they learned about the history of the screen with lots of fun interactive displays.
