Life Skills Program
This week we kicked off our Life Skills Program!
These practical sessions aim to teach 7-9 students' skills that will be of valuable in their everyday lives. Our cooking group this week focused on planning healthy. budget friendly meals. They did such a fantastic job they also got to make some delicious rumballs! Our gym group focused on the importance of physical activity and a positive gym culture. A big thanks to Portland House, Holly and our ES staff for making this program possible.
