Principal's Update

At our Whole School Assembly last week, we shared with the students the data from their latest Attitudes to School Survey. It was exciting for the staff and I believe the students to see that we have improved across all areas of the survey.

The survey gives us information about:

• Learning
• Teacher student relations
• Learner Characteristics
• Social Engagement
• Student safety
• Experience of Bullying
• Wellbeing Emotional and Relational Engagement.

Our greatest improvement, according to the students was in the area of managing bullying, which is due to the fantastic hard work of our Coordinators.

It was pleasing to see that the student levels of confidence are rising. Over COVID we saw this result decrease. (There was no survey in 2020.)

We are currently completing our Staff Opinion Survey and all parents, caregivers and guardians have been emailed the link to their survey. If you haven’t already, we appreciate you completing this survey as it gives us valuable feedback about what we are doing well, but also helps inform our next steps towards improvement.
