Good afternoon, families,
At this time of the year, all students should be wearing our full summer uniform; however, as the weather has been so unpredictable, I am happy for the choice of uniform to continue until the end of November.
Colour Run
The Colour Run raised $21,000. What a fantastic effort from everyone. Once again, thank you the PFA- Year 4 parents and Mrs Stefanec. The money raised is going towards new gardens, maintaining and adding to existing gardens, painting the back playground out the front of the year 6 area and hopefully making the loose play area more accessible all year round.
New Garden
We have already started a new garden out the front of the flag poles at the entrance to the school. Thank you to Frank and our Year 6 students and teachers who worked hard on Thursday to create this beautiful garden.

The Art Show will continue for the rest of the week, and the school will be opened Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 3.15 pm to 4.30 pm.
Swimming Training
Years 3-6 Swimming training started this week. We had 28 students attend the first session. The next sessions will be at Toby Haenen, Chelsea Heights, from 7-8 am on Wednesday 19 November, Wednesday 26 November and Wednesday 3 December.
Any swimmers who would like to do some training in preparation for selection in the St Louis’ swim team are invited to come along.
Year 6 Market Day
Thank you to the school community for supporting the Year 6market. It was a great success, and the students raised a lot of money for their nominated charities. Thank you to the Year 6 teachers for their support and organisation.
State Title for Softball
Congratulations to our Year 6 boys who have made the Softball State Final. This is a great achievement, and I wish them all the very best.
ABC Radio - OzHarvest Givethon
On Thursday this week, Mr Wood and Cathy from Year 6 were invited onto ABC Radio Melbourne with Ali Greer. They were interviewed about the OzHarvest FEAST program we run in Year 6 STEM. If you'd like to check out the recording, you can find it below.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and we look forward to seeing you all next week.
