Blessed Carlo Acutis

~ Exhibition and Relic

Last Friday after the 6M Mass, the Year 5 and 6 students and a bus full of secondary students, were at the church to see a first class relic of Blessed Carlo Acutis and an exhibition of the 32 Eucharistic Miracles which he documented on his website before his passing from Leukemia at the age of 15 in October 2006. Carlo was an Italian teenager known for his deep faith and his love for technology. Despite his young age, he was a devout Catholic who attended daily Mass and prayed the Rosary. Carlo was beatified on October 10, 2020, recognising his extraordinary faith and devotion. In 2025, Carlo Acutis will become the first millennial saint, serving as an inspiring role model for young people everywhere.

The relic of Carlo are small piece of his hair which have been placed in the centre of a white paper flower.
