SPX P&F Trivia Night 2024 – Saturday 17 August

The Trivia night is a wonderful opportunity for the SPX community to come together, meet other parents and raise funds to support your boys.   This year our theme is the Olympics and Paralympics. Come dressed as your favourite country, Olympic or paralympic sport or athlete, past or current. Spot prizes to be won for the best dressed and best decorated table!

When: Saturday 17 August at St Pius X College, Chatswood.

Doors open at 6:45 pm and trivia will kick off at 7:15 pm.

 

Admission is $20pp. Ten per table (max). When booking provide your teams Table Name or nominate for us to allocate you to a table. We will endeavour to put you on a table that corresponds with your son’s year group. 

Raffle tickets for wonderful prizes can also be purchased via Humanitix.  

SPX Rugby Club - Gala Dinner

With the Kirribilli Club going into unexpected administration, the Rugby Committee has been able to swiftly secure a new venue.  We are pleased to advise that the Gala Dinner will now be held at Dockside, Cockle Bay Wharf, Darling Harbour.

6:30 pm - 11:30 pm

 

Leave the car at home as this venue is easily accessible via bus, train and uber.

Year 12 Class Parents

Year 6 Father/Son camping night - 7 September

The Year 6 parents group are organising a father or special person/son camping overnighter at the NRMA Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, North Narrabeen on Saturday 7 September.

If you are interested in joining the fun you will need to call reception at the Park and mention the group name ‘St Pius X Father and Sons Weekend’ by no later than 29 May to secure a campsite with the group.  Beyond this date the park will release campsites to the general public and you may not secure a camping site with the other families.

  

COST

The base rate per site (2 people) is $46.00 per night.

Additional people are $8.00 per child per night, and $15.00 per adult per night.

Each site has a maximum number of 6 people.

Food will be in addition (to be determined).

 

The sites can have a maximum of 2 cars per site, however, this is only okay if ALL equipment including the cars can fit within the site perimeter.  Cars are not permitted to be overhanging on the road. They do not have overflow parking in the park, so any cars that cannot fit on the site will be required to park on the street.
