Impossible Pie

Year 2 became very fascinated once they heard about Mr McLean’s “Impossible” Pie. They didn’t know how it could be impossible if Mr McLean had made one, so they investigated. As part of their science investigation students were learning about mixtures, so what better time to have a go at making their own “Impossible” Pie. Year 2 followed the recipe with the help of Mr McLean to make a class “Impossible” Pie using the kitchen at school. Year 2 created an amazing “Impossible” Pie and got to sample it (they ate the whole pie). Students thoroughly enjoyed the lemony goodness.
