In Foundation...

We have been learning about adjectives and how these can enhance our writing. We have been trying to include adjectives in our own writing. They also can make the books we are reading more interesting! We have also recently learnt about the reading strategy ‘Flippy Dolphin’ and about magic e!

In Maths, we have been learning about patterns. We have learnt how to create, copy and repeat pattern. We know that patterns repeat over and over and over again!

We have been busy making sock puppets as part of our Inquiry unit. Students designed and made some very creative puppets, which we will be using these to create a puppet show! Our puppet show will involve a friendship fire where students will be using the

Friendology language ‘Remember when… It made me feel…’ to solve the friendship fire with their sock puppets. We will be performing the shows to our buddies!
