Ronald McDonald House Charity Collective
A huge thank you to our Primary School community for your incredible generosity and support of our 2024 Clayfield College Primary Captains Community Charity Drive. We are pleased to share that the overflowing tubs full of donations for the Ronald McDonald House Charity were dropped off to the Ronald McDonald House South Brisbane House yesterday!
The staff, families and volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House South Brisbane were very grateful for our support, especially coming up to Christmas where the House is full to capacity and every single donation will be hugely appreciated. At the South Brisbane House, we were privileged to have a tour with Ronald McDonald House staff member, Georgia. She took us through the bedrooms, communal kitchen and playrooms and we heard first-hand how your donations will positively impact so many families in need.
As Primary Captains, we are extremely grateful to our community for your generous donations! Thank you especially to Pre-Prep, 6S, 6C, and 2W classes, who filled up their donation tubs multiple times! We are so proud of our wonderful Primary School families for shining with kindness towards those in need.
