We will be open as usual next week from 7:45am to 12pm and then the Uniform Shop will close for the year at 12pm on Friday, 29 November 2024. Therefore, next week is your last week to get in early for 2025 uniforms. We will be closed for stocktake during the last week of school.

Kindy, Pre-Primary and Year 6 students
If your child is going from Kindy to Pre-Primary, Pre-Primary to Year 1 or from Year 6 to Year 7 next year, we can help outfit them with the extra uniform requirements they need. We are open from 7:45am every morning to make it easy to pop in before school, or you are welcome to send us an email or place an order online using the link below.
Sports bag name Embroidery
The Uniform Shop is offering surname embroidery on sports bags for $15. Anyone wanting their bag embroidered must deliver it to the Uniform Shop by 12pm on Friday, 29 November. Bags will be embroidered over the summer holidays and ready for collection at the beginning of Term 1, 2025.
Recycle your unwanted uniforms
With uniform fitting appointments for our 2025 Year 7 students underway, now is a great time to bring in your secondhand uniform items for processing. This includes winter uniform items like blazers and trousers, as well as Music Uniform jackets and pants. Our secondhand processing form is below– simply fill it in and include it with your items. Please ensure that items are washed before bringing them in as we do not pay out on items requiring mending or laundering.
Online orders
If you are confident about your child’s sizes, you can order online using the form below. Completed orders can be collected from the Uniform Shop or delivered to your child’s primary classroom or secondary homeroom. Please email any queries and orders to uniformshop@johnxxiii.edu.au.
Deliveries
Primary deliveries are sent to classrooms at 11am every morning.
Secondary deliveries are posted to Homeroom teacher’s pigeonholes at 11am every day and distributed to students the following morning. Orders placed after 12 noon that are required by Secondary students the next day need to be collected by the student from the Uniform Shop before school.
