STATE SCHOOLS RELIEF

State Schools Relief (SSR) is a Victorian not-for-profit organisation that supports the needs of disadvantaged government school students by providing new school uniforms, school shoes and a host of other essential educational resources.

Any families facing hardship can speak with the school principal, assistant principal, business manager or any of the admin staff to seek confidential assistance and support

SSR offers a uniform package every year to Prep and Year 7 families/carers eligible for CSEF funding.

  • Applications for 2025 Foundation families will be offered next year.
  • Year 7 2025 CSEF Uniform Package applications are made through the student's 2025 school and will open from Term 4, 2024. Order forms are attached below. Please contact your 2025 secondary school for further information.

Second- Hand Uniforms

Second-hand Uniform Sales generally occur after school, once per term.

They are run by parent volunteers.

Keep and eye out on Compass for notifications of upcoming sales.

Please ensure that you cross off the old name on the uniforms and update it accordingly.

Lost Property

Please keep checking Lost Property for your items as they can often turn up weeks or even months later!

  • Named & labelled items that end up at lost property (in admin building next to the meeting room) will be returned to the student’s classroom weekly.
  • Any unlabelled items will be put out on display for collection at the end of the term.
  • Non-school items will be donated to an op-shop at the end of each term.
  • Unclaimed uniforms will be added to our Second-Hand Uniform stock.
  • Any items that appear to be of importance or value will be kept in the school office - please come and ask! For example -  watches, jewellery, glasses, fitbits, keys, travel passes, bank card, ID cards...
  • Texta & pen marks fade and are often difficult to read - so if you use them please check regularly that these are still readable.
  • Iron on labels seem to be the best long term option.
  • If you have secondhand uniform items, please ensure you cross off the old name and update it accordingly.
