Carer Pick-Up Arrangements

It is the responsibility of parents and carers to inform the school if an NDIS service provider / carer has been engaged to collect a student.

We will not knowingly release a student into the care of an NDIS service provider / carer without notification from a parent or guardian. A phone call or email is the preferred method of notification.

If it is a new NDIS service provider / carer, on the first pick up they will be required to show a valid Working With Children Card (for Employment) and a valid driving licence. We will make a copy of these documents and hold them on file. It is the responsibility of a parent or guardian to check the ongoing validity of these documents with the NDIS service provider / carer they have engaged.
